Training completion should produce an applied next step, not only attendance. This guide explains the common post-session controls while preserving programme-specific rules for certificates and learning resources.
At the end of the session #
- Record the key learning points relevant to your role.
- Choose one practical action to apply first.
- Keep any workbook, template or reference material supplied for the programme.
- Complete feedback or assessment activity where the programme includes it.
Certificates and completion records #
Do not assume every TobiAkiode programme uses the same certificate model. Where a certificate, assessment result or completion record applies, the programme or joining information defines the requirement. Attendance alone may not be the same as successful completion where an assessment is part of the programme.
Follow-up questions #
Use the support or contact route supplied for genuine clarification. Follow-up support does not automatically include additional consulting, implementation or unlimited tutoring unless that has been included in the programme or engagement.
For managers #
Agree how the learner will apply the training, what evidence of improvement will be reviewed and when the result will be discussed. This turns training into a capability intervention rather than an isolated event.
Learning pathway #
If the session identifies another capability gap, use the Training Programme Directory by Business Need to select a related programme. Choose the next programme because it supports an identified outcome rather than because it is simply adjacent in the catalogue.
