Tobi Akiode & Co. Limited, trading as TobiAkiode, is responsible for the personal information we use to run this website and respond to our customers and enquiries. Information We Collect
We collect personal information to enhance your experience with our services. This includes data you provide directly, such as contact details and preferences, as well as information gathered through your interactions with our website, like IP addresses and browsing patterns.
How We Use Your Information
We use contact and enquiry information to answer your questions, arrange services and administer orders, bookings and support. We use contract or steps requested before entering a contract where that applies; legitimate interests for proportionate enquiry administration, security and duplicate prevention; and consent where required for optional marketing. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
TA-Frontier Connect, Meta and WhatsApp. If you contact us through WhatsApp or a Meta lead form, we receive the information you submit through that service. Depending on the feature you use, this includes your name or profile name, phone number, message content and attachments, form answers, message identifiers, timestamps and delivery or read status. An authorised business administrator connecting Meta assets also provides access to the selected business account, WhatsApp business account and phone-number identifiers, account details and message-template information. We use the granted access to configure and operate that business connection.
Our WordPress systems support enquiry handling and operational automation. FluentCRM provides the configured WhatsApp inbox; Bit CRM is used for sales enquiries; FlowMattic coordinates events from connected services. TA-Frontier Connect currently stores event references for operator review, such as order, booking, support, course-enrolment and inbox-message identifiers. Its review queue does not itself send messages or write CRM records. Source systems and FlowMattic execution history may hold the underlying customer information.
We use this information to respond to requests, associate an enquiry with the right customer, investigate failed processing and, where enabled and permitted, provide relevant service updates. Contacting us, purchasing a product or accepting website cookies does not by itself give consent to WhatsApp marketing.
Meta and WhatsApp process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Our hosting provider and authorised technical providers support storage and operation of the website. WordPress plugin names describe software used in our systems; they do not by themselves mean every plugin vendor receives your records. Providers may process information outside the UK. We retain enquiry and message records for the time needed to handle the request, provide the related service, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. The relevant criteria include the status of your enquiry or account, an ongoing contractual relationship and any legal retention requirement. Technical records are used for security, failure investigation and duplicate prevention. Removing an integration does not automatically erase records already held in our website systems.
Request access or deletion of Meta, WhatsApp or TA-Frontier Connect data: email info@tobiakiode.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and the email address or WhatsApp number used with us. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents unless we specifically request information needed to verify the request. We may need proportionate identity checks. We assess relevant inbox, CRM, automation and technical records, explain any lawful reason for retaining information, and arrange deletion where required. This request concerns our records; use Meta or WhatsApp controls for information those services hold independently. You may also withdraw consent, request correction or restriction, object to processing, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
TikTok Lead Forms, BitCRM and Advertising Measurement
When you submit a TobiAkiode Instant Form on TikTok and choose to be contacted, TikTok provides us with the information you submit. For the current form, this may include your name, email address, answers about the support you are seeking, your contact choice, and campaign or tracking details.
We transfer that information through a secured webhook to BitCRM, our customer relationship management system. We use it to record the enquiry, identify its source and stated intent, assign follow-up, respond to your request, and prevent duplicate records.
We process the contact request on the basis of the consent you give in the form. We use legitimate interests for the limited administration, security, deduplication and measurement of opted-in enquiries, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. We do not ask for special-category information through this form.
To measure lead quality and advertising attribution, we may send TikTok limited lifecycle signals such as qualified lead, sales opportunity or won. These signals use only the minimum information required for matching, such as a one-way hashed identifier. We do not send CRM notes, message content or unrelated customer records to TikTok.
The relevant recipients are TobiAkiode, BitCRM, TikTok and the hosting or technical providers needed to operate this workflow. TikTok processes information under its own privacy policy and may process information internationally using its applicable safeguards.
We keep lead records only for as long as they remain necessary for enquiry handling, follow-up, service delivery, legal obligations or the establishment and defence of legal claims. We periodically review inactive records and delete or anonymise information that is no longer required. You may withdraw consent, object to direct marketing, or request access, correction or deletion by contacting info@tobiakiode.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Sharing Personal Information
We share information where needed to provide the service you request, operate our website and communications, comply with legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims. The relevant recipients include the communication platforms and hosting or technical providers described in this policy. The information shared depends on the service you use.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
You can accept or refuse optional tracking through our cookie-consent controls and change your choice using Manage consent. Pinterest measurement runs only after you explicitly allow marketing cookies.
With that choice, our website sends Pinterest page visits, viewed product identifiers, confirmed additions to the cart, and completed-order value and currency. Requests also disclose your IP address and browser/device information. We send clean page URLs without query strings or order-access links and use an opaque order reference for duplicate-event control.
This Pinterest integration does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers or CRM contacts, and does not use automatic enhanced matching. Pinterest may recognise its own cookies, subject to your browser settings. We use this measurement to understand visits and purchases; it does not itself start advertising campaigns.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time to stop new measurement requests. Withdrawal does not recall information already sent. Pinterest processes received information under its Privacy Policy, which explains its processing, retention, international transfers and privacy controls. We use both session and persistent cookies to provide a more personalized browsing experience. Session cookies are temporary and deleted once you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or are manually deleted.
