PURCHASE SUPPORT

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Understand the route before sending anything back.

This policy explains how to raise a return, exchange or refund request for an eligible purchase from TobiAkiode. Your statutory rights are not reduced by this page.

ELIGIBILITY

When a return may apply

Cancellation and faulty-item rights

For many goods bought online, a consumer can tell the seller within 14 days of delivery that they wish to cancel, then has a further 14 days to return the goods. Different rules and exceptions can apply to services, digital content, personalised goods, perishable goods and sealed items. Faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods may carry separate statutory remedies.

HOW IT WORKS

How to start a request

Contact TobiAkiode before sending an item so the purchase, eligibility and correct return route can be confirmed.

STEP 01

Identify the purchase

Provide the order reference, purchase date, item and reason for contacting us. Do not include sensitive payment-card details.

STEP 02

Wait for return instructions

TobiAkiode does not promise that a prepaid label was supplied. The applicable address, packaging and postage responsibility will be confirmed for the specific request.

STEP 03

Send and retain evidence

Once the return route is confirmed, package the item appropriately and retain evidence of posting or collection until the request is resolved.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges depend on the item and available stock

An exchange is not assumed to be available for every purchase. Depending on the item and stock, the practical route may be a replacement, a return followed by a new order, repair, price reduction or refund. Statutory remedies for faulty goods are unaffected.

Start through the contact page and include the order reference and requested outcome. Do not send goods until the return address and next step have been confirmed.

If the purchase was made through a third-party platform or event organiser, that provider’s transaction terms may also apply. Your legal rights remain available where applicable.

REFUNDS

What happens after an eligible return

For an eligible distance-sale cancellation, the refund will be handled within the period required by law after the returned goods are received or evidence of return is supplied. The refund normally uses the original payment method. Standard-delivery costs are refunded where the law requires it; additional delivery choices and deductions for diminished value are handled under the applicable rules.
